You may have seen or read about how Rugby is using other sports disciplines and techniques to improve rugby skill.
The British Lions and England have used GB Judo to help with tackle techniques specifically around using the weight of the attacker to assist you.
Whist we’re not at this level (yet) we can start to get the boys thinking about how different skill learnt in other sports can help their rugby development.
I have arrange for us to have a session at the new Bishops Stortford Judo Dojo located at the Herts and Essex Sports Centre on Friday 22nd November 18:00 – 19:00 .
There is no cost to you for this but it will be instead of the Wednesday 20th session which was a rest night.
