Upminster Friendly

An exciting day for the Under 7s today as 3 teams arrived from Upminster for a friendly. Our children were split into 7 teams and an exciting tournament began. During the 20 matches that were played, an incredible 249 tries were scored. The most tries scored in a single match was 16 and the most tries scored by a single team was 9. The highest number of tries scored in the tournament by a single team was an impressive 30. The children also had the chance to have a run around with the tackle bags and thoroughly enjoyed getting down and dirty in the mud. The day rounded off with hotdogs for all in the clubhouse and some very tired smiling faces made their way home.
