Another competitive and combative fixture with our visitors from North London. Having suffered a comfortable loss in this fixture last season, an improving Stortford side were eager for revenge. Two tries from Zico, and one conversion from Luke kept us in a hard fought encounter. A late under-pressure clearance from Luke was chased hard by Samuel, who while being tackled close to the line was able to pop the ball to Matt F who scrambled over for a try in the corner.

With the score tied 17-17, and conference between Luke and Fabian led to the right-footer opting to take the difficult conversion from the left touchline. Fabian launched a superb kick that sailed though the post and provided the boys in blue another home victory.
