A great start to the season

5 months in the waiting and the start of the 2016/17 season against Rosslyn Park, a club of pedigree. A beautiful autumnal day and what a game. Competitively fought, but in good spirit, the boys were clearly determined to start the season as they finished last year - on a high. A dominant performance in all areas. Tremendous scrumming by the pack, courageous & relentless defensive work by the forwards and a dominant performance by the backs led to a 31-0 victory. The score is perhaps a little unfair to the opposition who never gave up but is a sign of our boys growing confidence and maturity. Some very good performances all around, giving hope to build on last seasons progress. Well done boys!
