The team faced some tough opposition throughout the 6 games but with some fantastic handling and game awareness managed to top their group. There was some really great positioning which combined with great passing into space saw some great tries. Each of the boys supported well through out our games and even when tries where scored against us all got back up and tried even harder, with good communication and all round great team work. it was a long day but everyone seemed to enjoy it which made it all worth while.
Bishops Stortford A2 (Coaches Kenny Byrne & Michael Register)

Bishop’s Stortford A2 showed their discipline and focus early on, with good organisation in defence and attack and all were hungry for the ball. They made good effort at setting the defensive line and getting back to the restart quickly. Their running with ball in hand was exceptional as was their support running. The ball carriers' awareness of position of support players was also exceptional. They were good at following referee instructions, especially awareness of ‘Tag-Pass’ and then passing to a support player running on to the ball. This was their stand out quality and led to the positive result. The boys left each game with smiles on their faces, and a good feeling about how they played.
