Touch 1st April

Great session this week, feedback from everyone was positive. We will keep to the format of a 10 mins skills/warm up session and then get into a match. Everyone liked the 10 mins 'halfs' and a quick chat/focus on eg skills while we are catching our breath.

Warm up next week will hopefully focus on moving up/back as a line and shuffle defence.

Keep talking to everyone you can as we want to expand our numbers.

We will keep to Doodle poll for now but I'll always update the BSRFC site too (with the same info!)
