Landrover, Defender, the main sponsors of The Rugby World Cup, 2023 have selected 12 year old, Iris Smith to be their Offical Mascot. They are flying her out this week to Stade Vélodrome, Marseille.

The judges said: "We are incredibly impressed by her dedication to building a better tomorrow for girl’s rugby and we wholeheartedly support her campaign for PE curriculum equality in this sport. We believe Iris will do a fantastic job as an Official Mascot at Rugby World Cup 2023"
