Below are some important dates for your diary - we very much hope that we will see you and some of your members at these events.
1. Thursday 7th October - 'Meet your Adopted Players' (see more details below)
2. Thursday 14th October - 'Training Ground Open Day' - As part of the coach development programme, come and meet the coaching team and what the squad train.
3. Tuesday 26th - Thursday 28th October (Half term) - Saracens Masterclass (Held at Fullerians RFC). For an application please go to: http://www.saracens.com/community/masterclass.php
4. Tuesday 9th November - Coach the Coaches Session – Herts Sports Village – 7.00-8.30pm – TURNOVER BALL
5. Tuesday 25th January – Coach the Coaches Session - Herts Sports Village – 7.00-8.30pm – CONTINUITY
6. The third Coach the Coaches session will be held in March – but a final date & topic is still to be confirmed.
On the 7th October we would like to invite one or two members from your club to meet up with the player who we have linked to your club through the adopt a player scheme. We would like to provide you with a chance to watch the end of the teams session in the lead up to the Northampton match, then meet the players. We would also be happy to set up a photo with yourselves and the players (wearing YOUR CLUB's Shirt) for use in your club house and in the local press.
If you would like to attend, and are able to get to Bramley Road Training ground on the afternoon of the 7th, please let me know. If you cannot attend feel free to get someone else from the club to come along to meet your players. Don't forget to bring a couple of club shirts (that will fit the players!) and a camera!
With regards to player visits, I have yet to have potential dates from the majority of clubs. We really need to get one or two dates pencilled in before December to ensure that you get all the visits you are entitled to over the season.
It will be great to see you on the 7th.

Where are the season tickets available?
Season tickets are available in three of our stands:
- The Rover South has unreserved seating.
- The East and Fez stand have reserved seating.
Which games can I go to?
The Full Season ticket entitles you to a ticket for:
- The London Double Header at Twickenham
- The ten Zurich Premiership home matches at Vicarage Road
- The first two round of the European Cup at Vicarage Road
The Club 6Pack Season ticket entitles you to a ticket for six games of your choice out of the list above, excluding the London Double Header.
How do I choose my seat?
Season tickets in the Rover South stand are unreserved, so you need to get to the game as early as possible to secure you seat.
Season tickets in the East or Fez stand are allocated through the ticket office. Once we have received your form we will call you to discuss where you want to sit. This seat is then guaranteed for all games included in your season ticket.
Please note if you are purchasing a Club 6Pack season ticket, your seat is only available for the 6 games you choose.
I’m interested in the Club 6Pack season ticket but I don’t know which clubs to pick?
Each club as part of the Club Partnership Programme selects four games to organise a ‘big day out’ for your club. Why not try to pick those four plus two others.
A fixture list is available on the reverse of this sheet to help you choose. Check out which teams you haven’t seen play yet or the team your favourite player plays for.
What about if I can't make all the games?
Saracens are the only Premiership club to offer the exchange package. You can exchange one of your vouchers to get an extra ticket for another game. However if you want to do this you need to organise it with the ticket office before the game.
This offer is also available with the Club 6Pack season ticket.
Please note that if you have an East or Fez season ticket we may not be able to give you the same seat, however we will endeavour to relocate you as close as possible.
